Here are some common questions and answers for all visitors
You are of course welcome to support our fundraisers to help build up resources for out partnered charities. However, if you wish to spend more time, you can also help tutor kids at theses orphanages. You can also assume positions in more technical aspects of FIN.
FIN has a variety of roles and responsibilities to offer. For volunteers, FIN connects them to an orphanages and then the student contacts them to set up meet times to help tutor kids. Eventually, the student becomes a known liaison for their chosen charity and will help advocate for their needs to FIN so we can set up a fundraiser or other events to help them meet their goals.
FIN updates its website with new charities and projects so keep a lookout for that. New members also will receive an onboarding meeting to become accustomed to the various option to help. Additionally, you will be in direct contact with a member of the charity you are supporting who can email you any needs that arise. We will also send out emails to members containing information about opportunities.
Charities just need to fill out an application form which you can find on the home page. You will need to enter contact information and a basic synopsis of your mission for members to view and gain interest in your cause.
Charities can view the profiles of registered members and contact them with opportunities as they wish. Members will also contact you as well with their information and ways they would like to help.
FIN allows them to network with young and eager volunteers to help promote their cause. It also will help young people to gain a connection in your so they may support your cause well into the future. We also provide a platform to raise awareness and bring in donations and other resources to help support your non-profit.
